Dr. Williams was appointed to serve as Stand Ministries Outreach Center Inc.'s Executive Director in April 2017. During which time he also served as Alumni Director and Senior Manager at the Bowery Mission Flagship Site in New York City.  In December 2022 Dr. Williams tendered his resignation to the Bowery Mission dedicating all his efforts to building Stand Ministries as a viable resource entity in the cities of Albany and Brooklyn NY.  

The attributes that best describe Dr. Williams as a Pastor, Teacher, Administrator, and leader are strong preaching, leadership development skillsets, project management, instructing, and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead an organization like Stand Ministries Outreach Center Inc where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Dr. Williams takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

He graduated from Liberty Hall Bible Institute and Seminary in 2017 with a Doctorate degree in Theology. He is the currently the Senior Pastor of Praise Tabernacle Church of God located in Albany, NY.  He also has Certifications in Computer Science, Mental Health Training, Narcon, and NCI, and is a Certified Chaplain with The New York State Chaplaincy Task Force.  He is currently pursuing his Notary Public and NY Department of Health Food Handler's License.  

Dr. Williams has been happily married for 8 years to his wife, Lady Guirlaine.

Lady Guirlaine Williams currently serves as Stand Ministries Outreach Center's  Minister of Outreach Services.  Prior to that, she has served in ministry and Administrations beside her husband as they Pastor the Liberty Hall Cathedral of Praise Church located on Ave A in the borough of Brooklyn., N.Y. 

Lady Williams who hails from the island nation of Haiti is passionate about souls and ministering to the needs of others, even as she has personally witnessed.  With this challenge before her, Stand Ministries International was birthed to address hunger, through food provisions and felt needs. With the aid of ministry partners, community, and general contributions individuals and families are hearing the Gospel preached and having their immediate and long-term needs met both here and abroad. 

Stand Ministries Outreach Services also includes the Food Pantry Ministry, International Ministry,  Ministry Partnerships, and Community Outreach Services. 

The attributes that best describe Lady Guirlaine is her passion for souls and her desire to see everyone's need met.  

Lady Williams attended Kingsborough Community College and has been happily married for 6 years to her husband Leon. They have 6 children: Jennifer, Alexandrea, Anthony, Christina, Victoria, and Abegail
